Cool Full Circle Organic Brown Rice

It says on the package that one serving is 1/4 cup (45.0g). Is that cooked or uncooked? I cook my rice in bulk, so how would I measure the nutrient contents correctly? help.. =(

i believe 1/4 cup uncooked = 1/2 cup cooked but i may be wrong. i'm not a fan of rice so i hardly ever eat it

it goes by how its packaged, so 1/4 cup= 1/4 cup straight out the package
