Too much fluff in my opinion. You are also very vague with your personal training experience. What helped me big time was including references that were former clients.

I read up that references should be placed on a separate paper and shown only if asked for. How can I be more specific with the training?

I will bend the red nail.
Wait until you finish your NASM before you start training people. You're really getting off on the wrong foot as a trainer. The internet is an amazing thing. If you start off with a fly by night cert in CT at 19 and have a string of dis-satisfied clients, things pop up in a google search 5 years later in GA. There are other jobs you can get that will pay better and won't make my industry look bad.

I get where you're going, but most people have no clue about training to begin with, and no idea how to select a competent trainer. You would think they would be smart enough to know a $30 per hour trainer is going to suck, but they just see a good deal.

What bothered me, and I don't know if this is because you've posted your resume on the internet but....
There are no factual pieces of information about your job, school, or experience.
What are you studying in school? WHERE is the gym that you work? Am I supposed to know what Cosi's is? That client stat data isn't something I'd even bother putting on. Because.... I'd need a before and after picture. And can you honestly not know that saying 110% is only 10% more than what the client can ACTUALLY do? You'd want to express anything under 200% or two times as much as simply a 10% strength increase. Or if you mean to say you increased strength by double in addition to 10% use 210%.
There's more, but that's enough.
I would've lied if I told you this was easy.
