My Projected routine... Comments please

This is based on my 12 hour shifts at work over 2 weeks:

s - Run
m - Rest
t - Run
w - Bis/Tris/Forearms
t - Legs
f - Chest/Abs
s - Rest

s - Back/Shoulders
m - Legs
t - Bis/Tris/Forearms
w - Rest
t - Run
f - Rest
s - Chest/Abs

what are you trying to accomplish? When you hit the gym are you lifting heavy or doing high rep excersizes?
