If you are eating sufficient calories, even 40/40/20 gives you enough healthy fats. As for what works for you, only trying different variations will give you the answer. Some people need lower carbs, some need lower fats. I would not however drop the protein. If anything up the protein to make up for the calorie loss when you lower carbs or fat.
I suspect you just don't want to give up your healthy fats

That's ok too. You can still lose fat even if a lower fat macro would give you better results. It just may take longer or you may need to lower the cals a bit.
Please don't say you're eating less than 1500 calories
