is to much protein bad?
I have been taking a higher doze of proten lately and is it safe to do so???? i know that there are alot of people here that have lots of experience... and i would love the help...
since iv been upping my intake it seems that i cant eat alot... i get less hungry and i force my self to eat... im looking to gain weight.... iv gotten lean... but it seems that i need more time to gain muscle. any advice on me taking so much protein.
im 150lb and i take 184grams i guess of protein. and its my 3rd bottle that i go threw. any intel? thnx!!!

Just make sure to drink plenty of water - like a gallon a day - and in the long term you won't have any nasty side effects. Short term though, high protein diets are completely safe.

I'm 230ish and I take 300g per day. So no, you're not taking 'to' much protein.

I feel like **** after I watch porn and then fap. First of all I waste a **** load of time. Then I feel like **** after its over, and i cant concentrate on anything. Fapp'd in the morning and couldnt concentrate in skool, fapp'd in the evening and cant do my hmwork.

Are you talking about just supplemental protein? As in the powder that comes in a jug? Because you should try to get most of your protein from actual food, and use the powder as it is meant to be used, as a "supplement" to your diet.

Protein shakes are food in "supplemental" form. You are less hungry when taking shakes because you are getting nutrients from the shakes. Are you taking 184 grams in shake, or is that including real food too?
How many shakes are you having a day?

184 from protein shakes it TOO much for sure. 184 grams TOTAL from you daily diet is no where near too much. I'm 155 and have 300+ grams of protein a day (usually around 310 which is exactly 2.0x bodyweight) so no your not having too much
I could be having too much if I go 350+ but with my physical job working 10 to sometimes 12 hour days I don't worry about any of it turning into much fat storage, if anything the extra gets burned for fuel or anti-catabolism throughout the day since I mainly consume slow digesting proteins (casein, lean beef, milk proteins).

Not getting TO much protein just make sure a big chunk of that is from whole food.

Yes, you are taking too much protein through shakes. Lower it to 2 shakes per day max depending on how much protein is in each shake (I'd say no more than 75g protein though shakes for your weight...)
