what the heck are these called
theyre pretty much just dumbells that you can add free weights onto, its like a barbell...but dumbell form and i cant find them anywhere HELP

no its not adjustable dumbells, there is no set weight on them..you have to add on the weight by yourself..as you would a barbell

They are called spinlock dumbells I believe.

Wal-Mart has some cheap ones..
Doesn't come with the weights, just the spinlock dumbbells.
