Cut with Carb cycle opinions

I'm preparing to cut and cycle carbs/cals now. To get my body use to it not having so many carbs I'm starting to drop them off slowly. Typically I eat 300-400g of carbs M-F 40/40/20 and then the weekend I'm not really sure (its bad). I drink about 1.5-2gallons of water a day. I still have fat (20lb & BF%20.5) and want to melt the rest away.

I take a Multi and Omega 3 fish oil once in the morning and once pre-w/o.

Right now, this week I'm doing:
Mon - 300ish grams carbs, 200g Protein, 50ish Fats with cals about 2200-2400 - Chest/Tri and 20 min LIT Cardio
Tue - 200ish grams carbs, 200g Protein, 50ish Fats with cals about 2000-2200 - Legs and 20 min LIT Cardio
Wed - 150ish grams carbs, 200g Protein, 50ish Fats with cals about 1800-2000 - 45 min Cardio/Abs
Same nutrition cycle on Thu-Sat
Thu - Back/Bi and 20 min LIT Cardio
Fri - Shoulders/Traps and 20 min LIT Cardio
Sat - 45 min Cardio/Abs
Sunday being free and a rest day

Then next week drop all carbs by 25ish grams and then the next week another 25ish. With same w/o. Then maintain it.

Typical Day low carb day.. Probally about 50/25/25.. 1500-1600 Cals..
8am
.25 cup Old Fashsion Oatmeal w/ splenda
6oz Egg Whites
Multi and Omega 3 fish oil

11-11:30am
1 cup Steamed Broccoli or Green Beans
8oz Grilled Chicken
1tbls Natty PB or Almond Butter

2-2:30pm
Protein Shake made with Soymilk
1.5cup of mix berries (Rasp, Black and Blue)
or
2 cups Mixed green salad with 5 Cherry Tomatoes and .5 cup Cucumber
.25 cup almonds

5:30-6pm
Pre-W/O Shake made with water
.25 Old Fashsion Oatmeal w/ splenda
Multi and Omega 3 fish oil

8:30-9pm
Post-W/O Shake made with water
8oz Gatoraid with Creatine Monohydrate and Glutamine

10-10:30
Bed time .25-.5 cup of Cottage Cheese 1%
ZMA and .5 melatonin

Please give opinions! Harsh or Good.. Thanks for you help!

I'm not sure how to carb cycle, but I will assume you've done your research on carb values and all that, so here's my half of a cent worth of advice.

This is just my opinion, coming from myself doing keto right now, but I think that dropping total carbs by 25 per week is unnecesary. You could cut the amount right now and cycle at whatever you were planning on being the lowest values. You won't have "keto fog" or "low carb fog" because you will still be taking in a "bunch" of carbs (compared to me!). If that was an issue to you, you can probably stop worrying about it.

You obviously have the diet thing down. Just get ready for results.

buckeyes87 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
carb cycling is a great way to drop some body fat. you diet looks good. about the dropping 25 grams a week, i would just determine that by the results. if you are dropping BF at 300 carbs on the first day i would keep doing that until you hit at platue then i would drop the 25 grams at that time. every persons body is different so you just have to try it and judge it based on the results you are seeing.
