    I can't eat eggs... I need help!

I've been trying to eat egs every morning for breakfast, but I just can't stomach them. I had about 3 egg whites this morning along with 1 yolk and I thought I was going to puke. I mixed them with fat free cheese and some salsa.

What else can eat for breakfast that's going to give me some good protein?

I cannot understand a bodybuilder's obsession with eggs for breakfast. Eggs are a good protein source. But there are many other quality protein sources you can eat/drink in the morning. Read the following thread.

The bottom line is, if you don't like eggs, don't force yourself to eat them.
    Enjoy the journey!

The protein enhanced pancakes sound like a good idea. I guess I'm going to try something that was discussed on here a while ago, which is blending skim milk, protein and oatmeal together.
