Im fine with taking in carbs only on the weekends. I have no carb cravings anymore. But im glad that TKD works for you.

yeah, Before I started I was at 16.9% then after 3 weeks on CKD i was down to 15.9% and i wieghed in really heavy that time. I plan on doing it again this weekend to see what Im at. Im hoping for 14% or under. Last time when i was at 15.9 i was 212lbs. Im just under 200lbs in the mornings on empty stomach now. So hopefully i'll be under 14%. Thanks for the support.

Well today was suppose to be my off day and im starting to turn into a gym rat. So instead of laying around stuffing my face I def went and did 1 hr LISS cardio burning 814 cals. I better be under 200lbs by friday for my bf reading. Feeling better everyday. Cardio was a breeze def could have gone more but didn't feel the need to. Thanks for all your support guys. If my cpu wasn't sooooo slow I'd post up pics but maybe i'll get around to it this weekend. I should have taken some before and afters but what can you do...

Thanks for all the support! My sleep is finally starting to come back to me now. Idk how I was doing the 30 minute cardio sessions on 4 hrs of sleep.... Ok I think I've finally hit my plateau that most people run into (BOOOO) I can't seem to get to stay under 200lbs. Yesterday I took in roughly 1800 cals, didn't get my last meal in and I burned 814 cals doing LISS cardio for an hr at a steady HR of 121-136 at all times. I thought that I'd at least be down under 200 on my scale considering at the gym I sweated out 2 lbs of water haha. My scale at home is diff from the the one at the gym So I should have gotten my lazy ass up and went and did cardio this morning to get a real weight reading. Im gonna make a promise to myself to do it tomorrow. If I have time I'll get some pics up asap. Since everyone is waiting haha. I'll post back later with my Macros and todays workout regimine.

Actually got up this morning and did cardio at 6am before work! I was doing very good about getting and and getting it done.
Weight: 197.4 I haven't weighed myself in about a week and I was amazed that im down to 197 now
Last night I did chest and a killer ab routine. Had a good day at the gym. My macros for yesterday were off alot prob, I still ate keto just switched my foods around alot. The girlfriend wanted to go out to eat so I went and got a steak and had a some broccoli with it. (broccoli isn't all that bad if you mix it with the steak haha). Im hoping for another good day and Im gonna do a small carb up friday only prob. We'll see how I feel. Will post macros for today later.
PS. sorry about the pics, after the gym had to get the GF so didn't have time. will do soon tho, maybe tonight she'll be out of town.BTK - Work. Hustle. Kill.

Thanks. Im hoping that this one is accurate. Its a 7000$ impedence machine that tells you alot of information. I'll see what i weigh at the gym tonight if its a number Im happy with i'll do my BF test tonight....

Ok, So I got up at 6am again today and did 33 mins on the elliptical burning just over 400 cals again. Haven't eaten since 6:00 yesterday and I feel great. Im gonna go into the gym at 330 to get my BF test done today. I'll post those results later.

First week in, I had a horrible carb up. Had 5 pieces of pizza then it just went downhill from there. Had a huge bowl of ice cream with oreos, alot of cereal, nothing clean, drank a bunch of beer..... then I waited two weekends for my next one and I did even worse haha, had a footlong sub on wheat bread, two huge burritos, a chocolate pudding pastry thing, chips and dip, cookies, pb, pop... I only gained 3lbs after that one.... I haven't carbed up since. Debating on doing a small one tomorrow. just like a 16hr carb up. then right back to keto sunday. We'll see how it goes.
