    Help with diet info

    Just curious to why when i eat crap food like stuff i know i should stray from i tend to get cut up a lot quicker as when i eat healthy and clean i look less defined yet i drop weight. Is it just me not making up for the calories i need to sustain or am i missing some thing here? Any suggestions or explainations?

    Are you cutting?

    Could be being replenished after being depleted for awhile that makes you muscles look fuller, which is why pros eat a dense carb meal before they compete... IDK why else though

    Not sure exactly why you made that connection, but IMO this is more likely to be caused by water retention.

    cool thanks, yet umm i retain muscle yet my abdominals show more and my abdominals shrink. Wouldnt water retention lead to my stomach expanding and cause me to look fat?
