Question Soreness

I'm wondering how many people love being sore? I love feeling sore a couple of days after a workout. It lets me know that I have worked hard and my muscles are rebuilding. The more sore I am, the harder I want to work the next time I go to the gym. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Yeah, when I don't feel sore after working out I feel I didn't work hard enough.

I agree, the soreness lets you feel each muscle that was hit hard. I think it just connects people with their muscles better.
