    Red face For The First Time In My Life I Squatted Without The Smith Machine...

    And boy have i been missing out!

    I was always scared because i lifted alone
    and never really tried it, in fear of performing
    the lift wrong. BUT today i said screw it and
    went for it, any suggestions how low i should go?
    I was going below parallel but honestly im thinking
    to low if thats possible.

    i noticed if i try to rush a rep my balance seems off
