    5' 8" 150lbs

    Gonna bulk to 180 this winter but here's for now. What should I work on?

    Work on your traps man.. They look non-existent. Your chest looks defined, but there doesn't seem to be much thickness in it. It looks okay at the moment because you are very lean, but it's not gonna stay that way for long on a bulk so I'd hit your chest harder too.

    What are your legs like?

    Delts, arms and chest. I would say to continue working on your abs and back seeing as you have them both pretty muscular at this point, when you bulk u wanna be able to keep that definition. Also make sure that your lower half stays proportional.
