    How gain more mass in the arms

    ive been working not that long,6months
    i on ON hydro 100%gold whey protein,EAS creatine mono, preworkout
    EAS Catapult,and GNC cut and burn.

    I just did a bottle of SUS 500. I Noticed more strenth and and gained more mass. No that i an not taking them i think i lost alittle bit in the arms.

    Maybe i am not working out properly, what are some good workout for the arms.
    i noticed my shoulders have gotten way bigger than before.

    I am about 5'9 225 i know i gained musle mass because i was at 205 when i started.

    well, first off Tricepts by nature should be bigger than your bicept. My tri's are the biggest muscle on my body, i do a lot of weight at a high amount of reps (all machine tri ex are 20, 18,15,12) but honestly, that is all genetics. i've seen some guys do 2 exercises for arms and tri's and they have huge arms. just do a lot of exercises. i'd suggest focusing on form when you do dumbell exercises with heavy weight and load up the weight on machine curl, and tricept pushdown and tricept extension (anything done on a machine) that way you can get a spot easy and it keeps the weight on your muscle instead of cheating like most people do when they do barbell or dumbell curl.

    Maybe your right on the genetics,my pops is a small guy.
    I got his skinny legs.on the other hand my moms side everyone is huge. i got stuck in between...


    also your right on the barbell curl bar. i do notice my self cheating. i need to get some more dumbbells
