About a week ago after I woke up I was stretching my legs when I began to feel a pain in the inside portion of my right calf muscle. I continued to stretch thinking not much of it. When I pointed my foot down I was no longer to move it back up. I had to stand up and place my foot flat on the floor to get everything back in working order. To this very day it still continues to hurt a little. My questions are why did that happen and why does it continue to hurt?
Cliffs:
-Stretching in the morning.
-Was sitting on the floor, pointed my foot downwards
-Couldnt return to normal position till I stood up.
-Want to know why it happened and why it still hurts.
