Wheels: Give me your thoughts
Thumbs up or down on this? I'm using it to end every other workout and have noticed my core strength is much higher when I started it. What does everyone think about using these?

When I've used them in the past I get a real good stretch out of them and doing some exercises with it is killer. Good design imo. Simple yet effective

No comments on the wheel, but also try overhead squats and turkish getups for the core

I'm not familiar w/OH squats. I guess my abs seem to form more mass when I'm doing this wheel, almost like 'strength' training for them - and most people, myself included, don't really include them in the same sort of routine as we would say... deadlifts or squats.

I haven't used the wheel, but I've improvised by using a barbell with plates on the side and doing the same thing. It's alright, I don't think its anything special. Then again, I don't do much extra for core, I get all my core work from compounds.
