Time to play TheGame:) My comeback.
Thats it bros. Not letting a b!tch get my head all f'd up again. I just lost 15 lbs in the last month and feel like crap. I had my first decent week back last week. And luckily my goodies came in the mail and made me forget about all the BS that is going on. Screw it, she can go figure out what she wants and Im gonna make her regret it this November.
Ok, sorry for b!tching just had to explain why I am doing this and why I am trying to do a show in 19 weeks when I havent been training about 6 weeks. No I am not at my best now, but I plan on blowing up over the next 8 weeks and then cutting all the up to the show. I kind of like it when the pressure is on anyways.
So here is the plan for the first 8 weeks...
Test-e - 750 mgs/week
Deca - 600 mgs/week
D-bol - 30mgs/day weeks 1-4 (50mgs weeks 2-4)
Igf-1 - 40ius/5x week, weeks 4-8
Slin - 4ius/5x week, weeks 4-8 (I will build up to 8IU's)
A-dex - as needed
HCG - 250ius/2x a week
PCT will depend on if I decide to stay on after the show. Right now that is my plan.
Training split varies but I will post some stuff once I get into more.
Diet
1 - 2 scoops syntha-6 and milk
2 - 9whites/3whole eggs mixed with 3/4cup oats, pineapple and apple butter
3 - 10oz chick breast, 2 servings of rice with vegs
4 - 10oz ground beef(93%) with 2 servings of pasta and sauce
5 - Some type of fast food to keep the cals up
6 - 50g whey, 75-100g waxy maize
7 - 10oz chicken and 1-servings of rice
8 - Either eggs with some potatos and cheese or an MRP depending on how my stomach feels at this point.
- Sometimes I wake uo and have a shake or cottage cheese in the middle of the night.

Yeah, have to start at 30 for the first week and then up 50. I am just a little short with how much I have. First time using it though so we will see.
I will post pics at the end of this week and then probably every 3 weeks after. I am still about 245 and probably like 12%. So in good shape but I am my own worst critic.

Thanks, the cut should be fun too  . I am hoping I can get back to where I was in may quick. 265 at 10%ish(never measured). There are some pics on my bodyspace from may. Not in the progress section of pics though, just in the regular pics.

Only thing I would add is to run oralkickstart abit longer and stack the dbol with anadrol

Yeah, I got the Dbol from a bud. I should have just not been a tight ass and ordered more with my stuff. But I just wanted to give it a try, I have never used an oral steroid before so just seeing how it works.
Thanks man, I gotta top that avatar this Nov though. That is my goal, I just want to be better than last time since things got so messed up and I need something to focus on.

Ok, your quite and developed so I dun really know if you will notice 30mg's of dbol very much with all the other stuff going on, but it's good to start low.
The liver can take quite a pounding so to speak if you are not predisposed for liver disease hepatitus etcetc.
keep us updated if u feel anything unusal that might be the dbol, I know i love dbol I use it for everything even on my cut cycle hehe, Actually I was planning on running anadrol/dbol rotatione now for 6 weeks but got a good offer on anavar and since i've never tried Var before I changed it.

I am bumping it up to 50 after the first week. I am not expecting anything too crazy from it though since the dosage is pretty low. I will definitely keep you updated though on how I feel.

Thanks bro, had to do a **** load of cardio to get shredded. I'll gladly do it again if I have to. I am trying to get ready for a show that is Nov. 15th. It is a tough show but I am just doing it for me this time. If I place well of course I will be happy but I just want to do better than last time and prove to myself I can do it again.

Weighed myself last night. Already up to 248 in just 4 days  (5lbs) I attribute this to actually eating again, but I am already feeling like the the animal in me is coming back. Pics coming on sunday.

IGF-1 is measured in mcg bro not IU's, you have it confused with HGH.

Ya cant go wrong with test/deca/dbol/LR3, thats what i live and breathe.
Gonna try some drols on my next bulk though, i have used most orals except methyl tren/var/drol/cheque drops and some others, i mainly use dbol, its my fave oral.

I would advise you take 50-100 mg on training days split up into several doses, take the majority of your dbol like 1 hour b4 training.

Thanks for the advice on the dbol. I will probably do 50mgs on workout days for a week and see how it goes. I think a buddy of mine is getting a bunch pretty soon so I will definitely kick it to 100mgs then. If not I will do 75mgs on workout days if I am not feeling the 50mgs enough.

You will love high dosed dbol on training days, i have done up to 100 mg ed for 8 weeks, with a silly amount of test, i bloated like ****, lol, but the dbol made my muscles swell up like crazy and look thick as hell, Arnold knew this also and i know he would be doing crazy doses almost year round, no need to go to that extent of course.

I tend to bloat to when bulking so I sure I will be all puffy pretty soon. I am going to try 50 for a couple workouts but if I am only taking 5 times a week I should have enough to kick it up to 75mgs 5 times a week for the rest.

Nice, I am actually looking forward to the drowsiness side effect. I got insomnia like a mother fuker. Just starting using trazodone, took double the Dr's dose last night and felt like I just smoked a fat bowl. Got all tired and passed out nicely. I have tried ambien, lunesta, temazepam and otc's with no results at all. So I am pretty happy I found something to help other than pot.

Nice, I am actually looking forward to the drowsiness side effect. I got insomnia like a mother fuker. Just starting using trazodone, took double the Dr's dose last night and felt like I just smoked a fat bowl. Got all tired and passed out nicely. I have tried ambien, lunesta, temazepam and otc's with no results at all. So I am pretty happy I found something to help other than pot.

Yea,same exact thing here man...I think we both commented on a thread about sleep trouble once...it sucks to the tenth power LOL
The IGF has helped though,and I swear its made my appetite skyrocket even more as well,so get ready bro,enjoy
