Creatine
I have been trying to do my workouts which consist of lifting weights, Full body, 3-5x week and off and on aerobics. I used to take Ephedra based suppliments for that extra energy then found out I can't!
Now I am interested in starting with some Creatine. Is this something that should be highly considered? I would definately like to have some cut muscles but of course I need to lose about 100 pounds in fat.
I am looking at EAS Phospagen HP. Any feedback on this?

creatine
from what I have read, creatine is good for muscle growth and strength. I don't believe it will help with fat loss. I am also considering trying a cycle of creatine. I lift 5x a week...
