Cellulite
Need some help loosing that yucky fat on my thighs before my next figure competition in October. I eat clean, drink a gallon of water a day, weight train 5 days a week and do at least 3 hours of cardio a week.
If someone can help with advice on nutrition or exercise to rid that area of fat, I'd appreciate it.

Have you tried body brushing?? I swear it helps and it is free. You just get a natural hair brush (i'm sure i'm not saying it right but it is a brush that has somewhat soft bristles) and you literally brush your legs in an upward motion to your groin area. You can really focus on the area where the dimples are and brush brush for a couple minutes. Do this before showering so the shower takes off the dead skin. You can do it all over your body to help increase circulation which helps decrease the fatty pockets. Something to add to your nutrition and fitness regime.....

I haven't been consistent with it in a while but when i was doing it every day before showering i think it took about a week to show a difference. It made a moderate difference I would say. I wasn't lifting back then so I bet it would make a bigger difference now in conjunction with weights. I think that drinking hot water w/ lemon at night helps also to as a diuretic. I think the only thing that helps in addition to diet and exercise is increasing the circulation and massaging the area to try to redistribute the pockets of fat.

The only thing massage or brushing can do is stimulate some circulation. There is no way to move fat cells. We can either grow them or shrink them. Improving circulation may help the body reach areas of fat, but that's pretty controversial. Diet and exercise is pretty much all you can do. Some of us are just destined to have this crap, even at lower body fat percentages.
