khakis are kinda played out imo
the other colors will be noticed more
you have to be careful what you wear with them though or the attention you get wont always be positive but if you can pull it off you'll get noticed in a good way

its definitely a personal preference thing but if you can pull of those bright colors the why not ya know?
for solid shorts like that i can only really pull off blue but with madras and **** like that i can pull off a lot more
