If I started creatine at the same time as cytolean and lean xtreme will the water weight from creatine make it harder to see results on the scale with the fat burners when they are actually working?

Well, you will be bloated temporarily. But as long as you look good in the mirror, that's progress right. But yes, the scale might bloat you slightly.
