Im a competitive bodybuilder most recently won my open class at the Northern KY and Indianapolis both National qualifiers. Prior to August 2007 I had to take 2.5 yrs from the gym to deal with a lingering injury/issue. Im attaching the following progression:
1) beginning august 2007, 158 at 14%
2) march 2008 one week out, 140 at 4.5%
3) pic of me now at around 175-180 at 10% 4 weeks into my current "clean" bulk.
My goal is to gain for 1 yr make them solid gains and diet for the Team U and Jr nattys next year.
