hyper trop-x by advanced muscle science. i was chosen by AMS to try out 2 bottles of their hyper trop-x. so lets get this started. i started to take the trop-x on last thursday so this is actually post number 5. i went away for the 4th so i started to take trop-x. the reasion why i decided to do this is because one of the main indredients in trop-x is beta alanine. i have used BA before and it normally takes about 10 to 14 days to get into my system enough for me to even notice anything from it. so hyper trop-x is made of beta alanine, L-Leucine and yohimbine HCL. these are the only indegredients in the bottle. i like that. they did not put just anything in it to take up space on the lable.
at first glance. the bottle goes with the looks of all of their other products, i like that so when you walk in a store you can just look over and know that your looking at AMS. and second the pills are orange. no just any orange, neon orange. i have never taken a supplement that is that birghtly colored. i dont know why but for some reasion i like it.
the first couple of days. ok so i know that my diet was not the greatest over the weekend with cook outs and stuff but i tried pretty hard to keep it in check as best as i could. so far the first couple of days have gone well. i took 4 caps first thing in the morning. i really noiced the skin prickling that comes with beta alanine so i know that there is a good amount of it in there. secondly my stomach did not cramp up. sometimes when i take beta alanine my stomach hurts for about 20 min after taking it. so my stomach does not hurt so that is a plus. i dont know if the other two products help to combat that or knot but something is working. ok so here is going to be the structure of my log. i will post back in a while with todays workout.
monday - chest, tris, abs, cardio
tuesday - bis, back, forearms, cardio
wednesday - all cardio
thursday - shoulders, lats, traps, delts, abs
friday - legs
my calorie intake is going to be at 2,500 calories so that i maintain. im not looking to bulk but normally i keep at 3000 calories so i figured if i cut them by 500 that would help me shed a pound or two. my calories will be around the 2,500. i kinda "cycle them i guess you could say. i will restrict a little on sat, sun, and wed. then add a few extra on the other days. my protein will be at 300 grams a day. a little more than 1 gram per lb of weight.

okay so that was my workout today. no a bad day. the trop-x really made my skin tingle when the intensity increased. (note that is a know side effect of BA and is normal) well there you have it, this will be the numbers that i will go off for the rest of the log to see where i end up. till tomorrow

okay so today was cardio. i just finished it. i went outside and ran about 2 miles. then since i know some people that work at the local university they let me on the football field and i ran a few stairs and then went on to the football field. there i ran some 20 yard sprints. down 20 yards then walk back i did that like 20 times. a good workout. i can really notice that the BA is loading, the prickling sensation is amazing. some people dont like it but for me i really like it.

and then the good ol fashioned situp 3 sets of 50
a great day. for cardio i just finished riding a bike. i made it HITT though so i was only on the bike for 15 min.

today was leg day. i hit the gym at about 630 this morning. i had a decent workout but this is not a normal time for me to hit the weights. so i think that doing so keeps the body guessin. but the prickling sensation is pretty much gone. i hopin that next week has some good gains. just a quick note the last week of july i will be out of town for training for work. i wont have access to a computer let alone internet. i will be working out and taking hyper tropx so no worries about that. ill try and keep a daily log of what i feel and what i/we did to PT.
i cant find the log from today with my numbers. they were not my normals so i cant remember and i dont want to post false numbers so ill refrain until i find my log. well have a great weekend everyone and be safe

all right so i have not had much time to get this log going right but next week will be different. well ihope that that rest of this week will be better as well. i dont know if all of you know this but i know LD does, im a police officer so my shifts are not really normal so it is hard enough for me to get into the gym every day let alone get on here for the leg. im trying my best to keep everyone updated. yesterday i did some HITT cardio at the local football stadium. i did some stairs and some wind sprints on the field. a pretty good workout. all of the prickling sensations are going and i have noticed a little bit of an increse in my endurance. i really could notice the BA kicking in yesterday. my legs took longer to fatique. ill be working out in a little while so ill try to either post today again or tomorrow morn. take care guys

all right today was chest. i lost my log or misplaced it so i dont know the exact numbers. i got a new log all set up for tomorrows workout so that i can put in exactly to a t what i did. so far so good on the x. i have great pumps that last the entire time im in the gym and after. it is mind blowing. recovery is pretty darn good too. the big thing that i am noticing is the endurace boost that i am getting. normally the last rep when it is super hard to get it up i have foud that it is easier and when running my legs take longer to fatique. that is huge. everyone knows that the harder and longer you train the bigger that you get. so that is something that i am hoping for.

today i could really notice a difference in my endurance. i ran 1.5 miles. normally i run it in about 11 min but today i ran it in 1033 min not to bad almost 30 seconds off of my usual time. 11 min is not my record but that is usually around what i run it in. i then just did some wind sprints to really fatique my legs. all in all a pretty good day.

today was shoulders. it was a pretty good day i just got out of the gym. i really have noticed a difference in recovery as well with this product. normally when a workout leaves you hurting for a day or two, well that is not generally the case with the trop. i am still a little sore in the morning but as the day progresses i dont even feel the "pain" any longer. i am really getting down with the trop. i spoke to LD and we agreed that i will run both bottles back to back and log the whole process. i have never been on a BA product for more than about 20 or 25 days so ill be interested in the results that i see in the days after that. ill be using trop for 60 days. the longest BA cycle that i have ever done. i like i said am interested in how i will feel. i know that the prickling is gone but is it something that your body gets used to having?? how will it be coming off when im finished?? (i dont see anything wrong with coming off) will i see gains in strength/endurance steadly through the 60 days?? only time will tell on that part. im hoping for the best.

ok over the last week the trop really started to shine. i was away out of state for swat training. every morning we were woke up at 0600 for a mile and a half run with a 45 lb ruck sack. then the rest of the day we were practicing tactical breaches to houses, schools, business and repelling off of buildings and choppers. this was one of the best training courses that i have ever been to. i could really notice the ba buffering the lactic acid. after a hard day i felt like i could keep on going kinda like the energizer bunny!!! sometimes if anyone messed something up the whole team would have to restart the senario. after a couple of times repelling off a building, into a window and then kicking down a fortified door you got tired, real tired but with the BA i could notice the fact that my stamia was much better through the day.

okay so this week has been pretty crazy so i have not had much free time. i feel bad for the fact that i have not been keeping this log up to date each and every day.
on tuesday i did high endurance bis and tris. i try and do that about once every 4 or 5 weeks just so i keep some endurance and not just focus on size. the main exercise that i like for it i call brother curls. it is where you grab a straight bench bar and put a 25 lb plate on each side. you stand face to face with a friend and you do a curl then pass it, he does 1 then passes it back, you do 2 and pass it on. you go all of the way up to 12 reps and then back down to 1 with no break. i really like it. we acutally have changed other exercises to mimic it. so my whole tuesday was non stop FUN!?!
wednesday was all cardio. i did 30 min on a bike to warm up then 20 min on a treadmill and finished with 20 min on a stair stepper.
thursday was shoulders. it was a pretty decent workout. i had a little stomach discomfort during my wokrout but i switched my protein powder brand and i think that that may be the reasion why i had the discomfort. . again my buddy and i did high intensity nonstop lifting.
today was legs. i just finished up with my sets. no stomach discomfort today but last night was pretty bad, it hurt. i am still using the new protien so i dont know what the real cause of it was.

hey thanks for the kind words. i have been working out seriously for a while and it is really nice to see all of the hard work and time pay off. i am really liking the hyper trop x. but then again every product that i have used of AMS, i have been really pleased with. i have only used the hyper pump and nocturnabol. but both were very solid. i have been looking into the ph's by AMS but im cheap and they are pretty expensive but i guess that you get what you pay for right???? but anyways back to the x. i have been really noticing endurance more than anything. the strength is coming from the extra reps and the extra push in the gym but nothing huge. but then again beta-alanine is a lactic acid buffer so that would be for endurance not size. i have lost 3.6 lbs since the begining of this log so i have upped my calories and my carbs on by high carb days. im not really looking to lose weight but the loss in water is always a good thing. today i hit up some solid HITT cardio at the local university football field. im one of those people that love to be outside and not cooped up in a gym when it is nice. outside of the football field is a fenced in area when the football team workouts out with some huge tires, kettle balls and verious other ways to workout not using weights per say. so when it is nice i try to get out there. plus with me being in law enforcement using my muscles in different ways really helps me out.
i just wanted to take a min and than AMS in helping me out with this log, you guys (all of you) have went above and beyond the call and i thank you. also to animal inside and RenegadeUR congrats on becoming a rep for AMS. you have some pretty big shoes to fill in my eyes after LD. he is a great guy but im sure that since they chose you guys that you are of the same calibure, because i would not expect any less of AMS

well today was the legs day. i hell of a workout, i can barley walk as i headed out of the gym. NICE> well i did squats, extentions, curls, calfs, and half suats with chains. that really burned out my legs. i dont have much time so im just getting my entry for the day and ill ty and post the actual numbers later tonight or this weekend. sorry so short. i got off of work at 5 am and i just as im speaking getting a SWAT call so i gotta run

wow work is getting nutz but hey that why i get paid the big bucks right??!!??lolololololol i dont think that i can put enough lolol. well today was my all cardio day. everything is going great and well what can i say. cardio sucks. it is the only day that i dont look foward to but i know that it is a evil that has to be done. i decided to do some low impact light jogging on a treadmill followed up by some biking outside for some fresh air. i actually got some prickling today under the skin, i dont know why but it was there, slight but there

work is still really nutz. i did not have time to get into the gym today so i decided to hit up some cardio at home. i went outside and ran 2.5 miles with my trusted buddy (my sheppard). ill do chest tomorrow. i know that ill have the time. it was nice at work today because of the holiday and all. no court!!!

wow this last week has been nutz with overtime. we just had our county fair so we had to pull double shifts to help out with security. lost of work. well everything is still going great with the tropx. getting near the bottom of the bottle. im hoping that next week will be better for getting on here and getting some solid posts in. i know that i have been laggin but hey work is work. im still getting enough time for my workouts it is just the log that is getting hard to get done. i have nothing real big in the works for next week so i should have some solid time to get this log back on the right track.

well today was some crappy cardio. not how i worked out but just cardio in general. i ran for 1 mile to the gym rode a bike for 20 min and then ran back 1 mile to my house. i love living close to my gym. well i also workout at my house but it is a nice run. everything is still going stong with the trop. i have been very buisy lately with work and im stuggling to get on here to post my workouts. and im sorry about that. ill trying my hardest to get on here more. my strength is kinda at a stand still right now but my endurance is still up so the strength should start going up again. pump is amazing. like the first day that i took it.

all right i know that this log has been laggin and im sorry for that because i have really been buisy at work and we hve had some pretty big storms lately and i have had alot of house work to do because of that. i have made every workout and taken the trop-x like i was supposed to. i will be posting a review very shortly of hyper trop-x but just for a preview. it was great and i was very happy that i had the chance to use this product.
