BUFFKRISTI's CHA Journal to getting HOTT
Well a little about me..
Hello all you WONDERFUL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.
Ready To kick some ARSE.. It is time for me to get really consistent with my workouts and food intake. I go several weeks with sticking to plan 110% then I fall of the wagon and half do it. But now I am ready to plan cheats (if ANY)and follow lifting, cardio, and food plan. With you guys pushing me along.. PLEASE
I feel like I have been spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere because I have NO GOALS. Yeah those that know me have heard me say that before but I am setting some now..
ABOUT ME
I am 27 years old and married to a wonderful Marine David that I love dearly and is hott as hell for 6 years now. Have a adorable son Coleman that is getting ready to start first grade.. Gosh I can?t believe it..
Two step children in College, Amanda and Chris both at University of Tennessee. Amanda graduated May 9, 2008 very beautiful bright young woman. Chris will graduate Dec 2009. So it will be like a major raise in our house. But I am glad for them because they are both very smart attractive young adults like their daddy.. I will be going back to school August 2008 for my teaching degree. I am so excited to be on my way but hate that I will have to add something to already busy schedule.. But In the long run it will be well worth it because it has always been a dream of mine.
I use to have a love for running or at least I tried to because my sweetie did.. I have ran several several races (marathon, half marathons,10K?s, and 5K?s) and have medals and plaques to show. But I got burn out after my last marathon in October 2006. So I have been doing HIIT and No long distance running since.
My husband and son keep me going full force ahead because David is so competitive and pushes himself to the limit and has an amazing HOTT and Fit body and is 45.. It blows my mind sometimes when I look at him. Then Coleman my little athlete is wanting to compete in a triathlon for kids when he turns 7. He has ran a few 1 mile races and already has plaques. So now he is swimming, biking, and running just like David..
David is getting ready to do his first TRI June 7th.. I am so proud of him.. Way to go Honey
MY GOALS
1. Stick with Plan
2. Lose Body Fat
3. Gain Muscle
4. Make A?s and B?s in school
5. Become a teacher
6. Think of myself as FIT
7. Be the best Mother and Wife I can
So here I go..
WITH THE HELP of TEAM SCIVATION..
Stat's
5' 7.5"
Weight 138

Yeah it's hard..I have to leave the house @ 7:15 to drop my son off and be to work on time so some days I have to cut cardio short and make it up later in the week w/ an extra make up session or just add it to a workout session where I get done early. It gets even more hectic once school starts and I gotta get 2 kids to school!!!
It's nice to knock it out early and then just get all your meals in and sip on Xtend for the rest of the day!!

Who is this Cathy Savage person I keep hearing about? From the sounds of things she's not good at what she does....
Wow! You work out really early! I have to go back to work in Aug and when I do I will have to workout at 5 am. So this week has been a trial run. I am exhausted! I am in awe of anyone who can get up that early to train.
Glad you're liking the program. You're in the right hands!

It seems like she'd be good to work with in person - I went to a bb show in Boston this year and she was there with a bunch of Team Savage members - most of the girls in the fitness and figure comps were her athletes.
But it sounds like she doesn't really care about you if you're not competing! her loss... this forum's gain
glad to have you girls on board!
