    Strength Training and Fat Loss Diet

    currently i am lifting 3 times a week. the supplements i am takin are k-burst and 100% Whey Protein Isolate. My goals are to gain muscle but also to lose approximately 40 lbs.

    should i continue to use the supplements that i am currently taking?

    Yeah dude keep up the supps....they look good.

    Just make sure that you have enough energy to totally smash it in the gym.
