    Costco Diet Foods

Hi everyone, I was hoping we could get a list together of good foods to buy at Costco for a diet. Most of our shopping occurs at Costco and I would love to hear some suggestions.

Please include Brand name and as much description as possible such as calories and fat.

    It's pretty basic really:
    - Chicken of the Sea Tuna
    - Quaker Oatmeal/ Steel Cut Oats
    - Kirkland Signature Peanut Butter
    - Cottage Cheese
    - Skim Milk
    - Eggs by the bulk
    - Kirkland Signature Almonds

The choices are pretty basic. They're no different from what I would buy normally, but I find that Costco is best for finding all of this stuff, especially since they sell it by the bulk; it makes eating and stuff very convenient.
