I think we should have an official thread for misc'ers who go against the grain and physically exert themselves muliple times per week. ITT we talk about weightlifting, powerlifting, olympic lifting, anything really that does not belong in the misc. If you lift and you like to discuss it without leaving the misc section, come on in. If you have no bodyspace pictures or posts outside of the misc, you should seek your entertainment elsewhere.
I am personally inviting Diana Meeque, trojannation, Richie Awesome, GA Pump, baba ghanoush, Mythic Beast, edible eye, RIP Chuck, that huge kid who deadlifts 700 pounds, newbtime, and of course the legendary Douche100 off the top of my head. If I forgot you or you meet the criteria, share your wisdom.

not really sure if this counts as switching it up, but im pretty much changes rep ranges ever 3-4 weeks. and i'll have different routines for each muscle group. like for example, one week i'll start out on incline dumbells for chest, then next i'll start on flat bench ect...just have some interchangable lifts
