Started taking DCP/Lean Extreme and Rhodiola Rosea 10 days ago, my comments and results so far.
Pro's:
1 inch gone on waist, now at a 34
Down 5 lbs
Energy levels are great!
Strength Increasing or remaining the same
Body Comp change is very noticeable
Con's
Shoulder pain starting to increase on my bad shoulder
Diet:
1900 Calories
150 Grams of protien
50 Grams of carbs
132 Grams of fat
Above coming from solid food only, no shakes.
Supplements include:
Extend (40 Grams daily) 10 grams 4x per day
Flameout (12 per day) 3 per meal
Rhodiola Rosea 1 cap morning, 1 cap prior to workout.
DCP (8 per day) 2 morning 2 midday 3 preWO 1 prior to bed
LX every 4 hours upon rising @ 4 per day
Creatine mono (20 grams) 5 grams 4x per day
ZMA @ bed
So far VERY impressed with this stack.......
Doing ZERO cardio, just strength training 6 days on 1 off.
I can't wait for my refeed day

1 more week away.
Refeed day will consist of tripling my daily intake while cutting so 1900x3 = 5700 calories on refeed day of anything I want!
