took my 4 days. Got the box that I was supposed to send in monday, sent it back later that day, got it back friday. They sent me a terribly noisy system, but it works so I'm not complaining. I believe it depends on where you live to be honest.

depends on where you live, took my bro 4 weeks and the one he got was already broken so sent it in and got another and free live so kinda worth it...
