Well, after a long time of not training (>1 year) due to hard courses in school, I finally got the initiative to train again after graduating. But sadly, I pretty much lost almost all the gains I made that you can see in my avatar. Anyway, I don't know if this is from overtraining or whatnot, but I noticed lots of tiny red veins in my arms. (been training vigorously for about 2 weeks now) So, is this normal? I've been taking a nitric oxide supplement if that explains anything...
Thanks!

Wow, that was unbelievably fast! Nitric oxide isn't good? Please explain, I would really appreciate it! I'll try to post a picture soon, I'm about to go work out. About the veins, well they're really thin, arranged in a web like manner - kinda like really fine plant roots... Present in both my arms in the bi's and tri's.

Those little red "spider" veins you see are called telangiectasias and are generally early signs of aging, sun-damage, previous trauma or other factors. I have them on my upper arms and around the sides of my nose. They don't go away, but they are really nothing to worry about. However, if you would like them removed then laser treatment is the way to go, but it might lighten your wallet a bit. I've had success by just sun bathing and getting a tan which seems to cover them up quite nicely. Hope this helps.

About NO products, when I started BSNs Nitrix, I tried 2 tabs, and it gave me major chest pains, so i went down to 1 for like 2 weeks and then up to 1 and a half. Finally I started getting chest pain during my workouts so I stopped, and now Im taking a week off giving me body hopefully a chance to recover.
