Hello , im 18 years old my name is Dino and Im looking forward to share my progress with you guys , any tips/critics are welcome.
I will be updating this thread with every workout for sure. Soooo , these are my starting stats.
18y/old weighing 188lbs , 6'0 , lost 50lbs in my first 4 months working out but little to no muscle/strengt gains after that.
Starting with this lifts
Squat 154x5 (recovering from a pretty serious knee injury not related to lifting , but I will not take that as my excuse)
Deadlift 160 1x5 (pretty sad for my weight but as u can see , working on it)
Bench press 132x5 , nothing much to say
Over Head Press 94x5
Pendley Row 110x5 (still learning this exercise tho )
I eat at 500 calories surplus , 2g/lb protein.
Supplements - only whey protein ,glucose , multivitamine and magnesuim in caps.
I bealive I can do this. IM NOT expecting miracles..but lets see how far can I come.

Yesterday's training
added 5lbs to squat 5/5/5/5/5 , last set was hard , first four sets without belt , last one with belt on.
Added 5lbs to bench 5/5/5/5/5 , easy , felt strong
Added 5lbs to bent over row 5/5/5/5/5...aaghh..i really hate this exercise. My lower and mid back are sore as fu'king hell..pretty sure my form was ok , very experienced weightlifter told me that everything was ok. Bent over row is the only exercise that I feel discomfort doing , but I wont give up on it. After I finish stronglifts I will replacd it with tbar row or 1arm row tho.

training done.
Squat 176lbs (added 5lbs) 5/5/5/5/5 - ooh that was difficult. Was leaning forward a few times..I got all reps , but wont increase weight next time.
OH press 105lbs (added 5lbs) 5/5/5/5/4 - failed last rep on last set but everything else fine , movement felt ok.
Deadlift 198lbs (ADDED ALMOST 30LBS!) 1x5
First I did 1x5 with 185lbs , fhat felt very easy(somehow) so I tried 198 and nailed it with perfect form. Good training.

training done
Squat 176lbs (didn't add any weight from last workout) 5/5/5/5/5 - felt MUCH better than 2days ago , will add 5lbs next time
Bench press 143lbs (added 5lbs) 5/5/5/5/4 - was hard on shoulders. I think I didn't recover good from OH press due to poor eating and sleeping..anway , maintained good form , failed last rep of last set.
Ben over row 120lbs 5/5/5/5/5 - nothing much to say , everything OK

Big update!
Best training ever!
Added 5lbs to squat 5/5/5/5/5
Added 10lbs to deadlift 5/5/5/5/5
OH press didnt add weight but finally did 5/5/5/5/5
MAXED OUT ON SQUAT (1RM) - 100kg!(220lbs)
MAXED OUT ON DEADLIFT (1RM) - 120kg!(265lbs)
As you can see , weight is going up pretty fast.
Also I gained 5lbs since I started the program

Squat 190lbs FAIL! 4/5/4/5/4...not feeling bad , its ok. I added 40+lbs to my squat in 20 days
OH Press 110lbs (added 5lbs) 5/5/5/5/5 - great , very happy about it
Deadlift 220lbs (added 10lbs) 1x5 - felt good , form was great
Next time I won't increase weight on squats and I will try to do 5x5 beltless as usual
