It looks to me like you could would look just fine without having to lose your inter-cellular water before going out or anything haha! I find the best way to keep looking cut and dry is consistancy in eating. Based on my limited knowlege of contest preparation, I'd say:
-not to worry about water intake
-Monitor your sodium, no need to cut it out totally
-eat fats not carbs (keto)
