2 days to look my best!!

I have two days until a big event where I want to look my best! Any suggestions? I was thinking eating very low sodium, no artificial sweeteners, and low carb. Also, dehydrating myself for a day by doing a ton of cardio and not drinking water. Would this be ok?

a ton of cardio without drinking water sounds like a really bad idea. you can cut back on water but not on days of cardio when your body really needs it

You can drink water.. Just cut back.. If you're looking to dehydrate yourself.. Drink a bit before cardio.. and some after.

It looks to me like you could would look just fine without having to lose your inter-cellular water before going out or anything haha! I find the best way to keep looking cut and dry is consistancy in eating. Based on my limited knowlege of contest preparation, I'd say:
-not to worry about water intake
-Monitor your sodium, no need to cut it out totally
-eat fats not carbs (keto)
