Is maltodextrin really that harmful for a low carb diet? Its in the splenda and stevia packets i use for my coffee...is this really going to hinder my results? Also its in the fiber supplement I take at night....I only consume 2 stevia packets and 1 splenda packet a day as well as my fiber supp...anyone know?

It's fine. Even if you're doing keto it shouldn't make a difference.

If it is in those splenda packets then there is a very minimal amount of maltodextrin in there. I wouldn't worry about it.
