Anyone familiar w/ this exercise? - for delts.
Alternate dumbbell laterals with a [b]contralateral front stride with each rep per side[b].
Especially interested in what the bolded part means.

Sounds like they want you to walk with the opposing leg while doing the raise?

If I'm understanding correctly a body part (arm or leg) should crossover the body. The bottom definition seems to mean that say you raise your left arm, your right leg should stride.
Please tell more about what you are describing.
