WTF! i used to be able to cross my leg so my leg rests against my knee but now i can't do it with either leg? does this indicate lower back problems?
Could be tight IT bands and/or a tight sartorius... do you do much stretching?

ITs tough on the internet,but Id guess its muscle tightness, especially since its noticed post deadlifting. Def. need to do some stretching.
