Help with halovar

I am 23 years old, i am 5'10", 155 pounds and i have been looking into taking halovar. My growth was stunted when i was a little kid and i took testosterone until 8th or 9th grade or so. As a side effect many years later i developed gynocomastia and had to have surgery to have it removed. I want to make sure that i can get a strong estrogen blocker with it so this doesnt happen again.

Basically, my question is, what is a strong blocker out there that will make sure i dont look like a girl again? Also, i was planning on taking milk thisel for my liver, is there anything else i should be taking? And are there any cases where people still run into gynocomastia while using estrogen blockers?
