Supplements to help me STAY asleep

I have no problems at all falling asleep but get up three to five times per night (to get water, or take a leak, etc....despite the fact I really don't have to go all that badly or anything). Wondering if there are supplements you would recomend to help me STAY asleep (versus something to simply help me FALL asleep, which I don't necesarily need).

    Thanks in advance to everyone

Many of the things that help you fall asleep also help you sleep deeper. GABA and ZMA are 2 cheap options to try. If they don't work, your not out that much money.

PowerFULL is great for deep sleep. People who use it say that they have received the highest quality sleep of their lives. Furthermore, I have had my friends test it and they said it is like turning 5 hours of sleep into 8 hours of sleep. The strength gains and increased libido are a bonus

I take Melatonin these days and I'm sleeping very well. Very cheap too, so it's worth a try.

Man, I used to keep a cheap bottle of Melatonin by my bed. Need to get some more. Anyway, if I wanted to catch up on some sleep and had the next day off, I'd pop a few and everything was black until my eyes opened the next day. I slept like a rock.

be careful with melatonin, people think its a cheap fast fix... yeah it is but youll get problems down the road with your natural production. since you'll be supplementing melatonin from an outside source. melatonin should be cycled like every two days or similar. just get a few sleep aids and cycle them weekly or every few days. I run secretagain, powerfull and lean dreams.

Valerian root is cheap as hell and you can get it at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc. I definitely fall deep asleep if I take enough, but it can sometimes leave you groggy in the morning. I think that's a tradeoff for most sleep aids though, just find a balance that works for you.

Just keep in mind Diphenhydramine is an SSRI so don't take anything that effects serotonin while taking it!

Somnidren-GH doesn't make me fall asleep that much better, but once I'm out I don't wake up. Vivid, weird dreams, too. Lean Dreams was decent as well.

Somnidren says it has to be taken on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before eating, so, is it alright to take it, then right before going to sleep, take your nightime protein shake?
