So what do YOU think your bf is then? You obviously already have a notion of what YOU think it is so what exactly do you what from us? You ask us our opinion and then you argue with us because you didn't get the answer you wanted. Were you looking for an answer like "omg man you have like 1% body fat. You are super buff".

we'll i used to try to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but i've been told its very hard to do. so now i'm trying to lose fat and keep the muscle i already have. i'm watching what i've been eating and burning 1500 calories a day(also drink a myozene shake) and occasionaly working out. i work as a laborer in construction so i dont really feel like working out when i get home.

gaining muscle and losing fat is damn near impossible. What you are doing now is much more realistic. I would probably aim to get around 1-1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, fill the rest in with carbs and fat. The construction is going to lead to extra calorie burn without a doubt. I would still hit the weights about 3x a week with a pretty simply split incorporating some heavy lifting to help hold onto the muscle you have (old adage 'use it or lose it' applies here) cardio is probably going to be in your future as well.
Depending on how demanding your job is, I would probably start with 23-2500 calories and see if you are dropping weight.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. i've dropped around ten pounds since late may and 19 from sept 2007 to may 2008(1/2 assed diet/also made huge gains in lifting). I was hoping i'd get to around 155 by late august then maybe start a clean bulk. So if i worked out three times a week should i do a rotation of maybe Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's, and Shoulders/legs??

that's true .. with a 3-day split, i'm not sure exactly how it would work ..
since when you do chest, your secondary muscle's also get a minor workout [ tri's ], so if you do bi's instead, you can work out two muscles, and a 3rd one without even trying ! but the only thing about this is that tri's/back and bi's/chest have to be as far as possible from eachother so each can have enough time to recovery .. not sure how that would work with a 3 day split ..
for a 5, its :
1. bi / chest / forearm / shoulders
2. cardio / abs
3. legs
4. back / tri
5. off
6. shoulders / cardio / abs
7. rest
i guess 3 can be:
1. bi / chest / forearm
2. rest
3. abs / legs
4. rest
5. tri / back / shoulders
6. rest
7. restmy stomach is NOT my waist basket .

You have a good start so far, i was 215lbs 8 months ago, strict calorie counting(very strict) got me down to 150 in a mere 8 months with absolutly NO cardio and only heavy weight lifting for 1h/day 5 days on, one day off etc.
Just stay under maintenance calories/day and you will see results after 60 days. No cheating!Started my journey for a beach body Nov 2007.
