Cellmass creatine cycle?
I bought CELLMASS
I want to help me how to use it!
CELLMASS as you know is creatine.
I have read a lot about the creatine cycle
Often the cycle: --
So, there are 3 phases in a creatine cycle ... well, actually 2, but resting counts as well. The first phase is called the loading phase, because this is when you fill up your muscles with creatine, which is then used for ATP re-synthesis. After the creatine loading phase (first week), you lower the amount of creatine use - this is the maintenance phase.
Here's a typical creatine loading and maintenance cycle:
Week 1: creatine loading phase (20g / day)
Weeks 2 to 4: creatine maintenance phase (10g / day)
Weeks 5 to 8: no creatine
Typically, 4 weeks of cycling is all you need for creatine. It could be different for you, and there are many variation of this cycle, so test it out, and figure out what works best for you ..
During the creatine loading phase, I typically took 4 servings a day. Once before breakfast, once before lunch, once before workout, and once in the evening. Tip: you should take creatine with grape juice or some kind of high GI carb drink
(We are talking about 5 grams in 4 servings a day)
Problem: When I read the packaging Cellmass not written creatine cycle
The other problem is that written on the packaging: --

(This means that, taking 16 grams twice on "32 grams")
32 grams per day??? And 16 grams heavy dose of stomach
* I Ask the Experts Are there creatine cycle of a product cellmass?
Q: Is the way the written Cellmass 16 grams twice to correct and secure and private?
Q: Do you can follow the way creatine cycle, which I wrote at the top?

what about cycle??

Use it as per the instructions on the label! Stack with NO-Xplode so you can bookmark your workout with solid creatine supplements if you can...
As described above use for 2-3+ weeks and you'll gain the results you normally receive from traditionally loading.
