    "Concrete" Creatine

I've seen ads in magazines for this stuff called "Concrete" Creatine. (Or something like that.) I didn't post this in the Supplement Section because I want to see what strictly Teens think of this stuff. Is it better than Gasapri Nutrition "Size On"?

Sorry can't find the picture, but their always in the Muscle and Fitness magazines and Muscle Mag too. Not sure of the brand either. (Yes, I know, very little help.) It has the name, "Concrete" in it; might be the name of it, not sure.

Just take creatine monohydrate, it's cheaper, better, and gets the job done.

Don't fall for all that fancy, promised results by the bullshi- advertisements.

    3 Years.

I've used Size On, Creatine Mono, Six Star Creatine, Cell Mass, Anavol, Cell-Tech Hardcore; that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

And Size On works much better for me than regular Creatine Mono; I'm not sure why, it just does.

160 and change after 3 years? You clearly have absolutely no idea what you are doing. Good luck .

why would you want to know what "striclty teens" think of it? Not bashing on you, just curious.

No disrespect as there and many knowledgeable teens out there but chances are, most are going to know jack sh*t about supplements and just go on hype or what others say. You would be better off asking people who have a good knowledge of the stuff.

Are you talking about Kemistry's "Stone Dragon?"

Sorry can't find the picture, but their always in the Muscle and Fitness magazines and Muscle Mag too. Not sure of the brand either. (Yes, I know, very little help.) It has the name, "Concrete" in it; might be the name of it, not sure.

26lbs in 2 years? even if you didnt get noob gains you still clearly don't know what your doing.

BTW I agree with you about size on, its given me much better results than any other creatines. Green mag has also given more better results than just simple bulk mono

if your willing to spend the extra pennies on something other than mono than i would go with green mag for creatine. Solid price per serving considering how good it is

    Creatine

I've had good results with Kre-Alkalyn - did not experience the bloating that occurred when I used monohydrate. See CTD labs or All American EFX kre-alkalyn.

I been lifting for 11 years now (Off & On due to injuries) I've taking alot of supplements in my lifetime, I used con-Crete creatine and yes it's pretty good, maybe not the best out there but it's hard to say what is.Remember it's ultimately you who have to do the real work; I was 165lbs when I started lifting in 2000 now i'm at 275lbs, through trial and error you'll fine what works best for you. I prefer stacking, I use Jack 3d,Animal Pak,Con-Crete, & Plasma Jet. If you want results you gotta go hard!
