i couldn't really find the right place to post this thread but thought this would be the closest section to what i could think of.
Basically what it is. I am training 3-4 days a week i have the right supplements (i think), resting at the right times, eating good........etc.
One thing i don't really have is the right clothing, mainly tops. I have been looking for vests all over but seems to be the baggy ones or fish net that you would see some fat guy in.
so anyone with any good advice could you leave a reply please.
