Stunted my growth through malnutrition from 13.5-16 and have always been a bad sleeper (average like 6.5 hrs sleep - I am now 16.5 and am still growing a little bit but I doubt it's catchup growth and is likely growth I would have gotten additionally in those 2 and a half years).
^Lost a lot of weight, didnt eat enough and especially didn't eat like anywhere near as much dairy as I should have.
Some may say I didn't stunt growth but I can tell you even Doctors said, I really did.
My main concern is that I did some research and apparently that's actually peak growth time with some growing like 3 inches a year. With this in mind I don't think it's out of the question that I would have missed out on at least 3 inches.
I'm not exactly short but would like to reach that 6'3+ godly status that I know I was destined to reach (5'10 at 13.5 - 3 years later only 5'11.5)
Any ways that I achieve this - and are supplements like humanotropin and the aforementioned options?

Will having growth hormone supplements e.g Leucine or Argenine help me grow?

Doesn't work that way, sorry. Your best bet is to eat enough food now. You probably still have some growing to do though, so make sure your diet is in place. Don't rely on supplements to fix a crappy diet, because that won't make things any better.

Yeah my diet is good, decent amount of protein, multivitamins and all that.
However, I doubt I have much growing to do because my brother didn't grow past this point really and I was an earlier bloomer than him, so if I'm to reach even near my full potential I think I need some sort of significant boost?
Tbh I can't see myself even getting an inch which honestly I would be happy with, disregarding the likely 3.5 inches I stunted.
Any significant tips are welcome

Supplements will literally do nothing for you at all. Genetics, puberty, environmental factors come into play, but none of this can be manipulated by supplements or anything else. The body is going to do what the body is going to do.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
