Creatine, citrulline and beta alanine are worth it in regards to supplements but in all cases diet and workout routine are priority.

Are you losing weight? Priority #1 would be getting a good nutrition plan outlined, prior to adding any supplements. You absolutely need to meet your macros daily...

Diet and a solid training program are first and foremost, then worry about supplements. It sounds to me as you need to work on your diet. Here's some links that is a great place to start.

Platinum Whey is a great tasting and convenient way for you to help meet your protein needs. Creatine, multivitamin, and fish oil are some other good things to get. I would fine tune your diet first and see how you do with that.
