How far am I away from a lean ripped six pack and what do I need to do to get there asap? Willing to put in work, at the moment I train 5 days/week, I also take supplements like Animal Pack multi, GNC Creatine, Whey protien,

My diet consists of Chicken breast fried/bbq wth vegetables/mushroom/onion, steak (new york strip, t-bone, only good cuts with low fat), salad, cottage cheese, eggs (boiled and scrambeled), protein shakes, oats/oat meal, peanut butter, occasionaly misc/cheat meal.

If there is a proven excersize plan that will get me there in a certain time frame that includes a certain diet I am willing to try it out. Otherwise any advice on achieving my goal I've been working hard for is appreciated. How am I doing so far??

Keep up the good work. It's hard to say how long it will take because it all depends upon your diet, training, and how your body responds. You're pretty lean, so you're not too far away. The most important thing is going to be your diet. Stick to really clean, healthy foods and that will help you meet your goals.

I tryed a keto diet a few months ago and lost some weight but was hard to stick with it at the time, I might try this again as I was testing positive on the keto strips. Any estimates on bf%? at what % will I start toning up and abs be visible? for cardio what should I be doing? I've had good dieting habbits for 6months-1year.

what i find best for cardio is 20-30 mins low intensity after a workout and i throw in a few high intensity cardio on my days off
