How far am I away from a lean ripped six pack and what do I need to do to get there asap? Willing to put in work, at the moment I train 5 days/week, I also take supplements like Animal Pack multi, GNC Creatine, Whey protien,
My diet consists of Chicken breast fried/bbq wth vegetables/mushroom/onion, steak (new york strip, t-bone, only good cuts with low fat), salad, cottage cheese, eggs (boiled and scrambeled), protein shakes, oats/oat meal, peanut butter, occasionaly misc/cheat meal.
If there is a proven excersize plan that will get me there in a certain time frame that includes a certain diet I am willing to try it out. Otherwise any advice on achieving my goal I've been working hard for is appreciated. How am I doing so far??
