so basically, I am just performing lots of things. can you help me get a good structure to my workouts? please

What is that you are looking for? Rep/sets? Or developing a workout plan for you?

Flat back deadlifts? Your back should always be flat never rounded.....

lol i'm such a noob and i'm bad with terminology.

at least i'm doing the deadlifts correctly then.

i just want to work out what exercises to do for my lower body (in upper/lower split) with 2 different workouts per cycle.
