i use probolic protein which has anywhere from 2-5 carbs (depending on flavor). GNC 100% whey protein (4 carbs). and GNC wheybolic extreme 60 (2 carbs). shuld i worry about that effecting anything?
As long as it fits into your eating plan for the day, mine has 3g and no fiber, so I just make sure to leave room for it. I'm sure most of you can afford an extra 3-5g protein in your daily macros
