Starting Thur night around 8pm:
Thur:
Beer and drinks
Fri:
Try to keep diet clean and cals LOW during the day, drinks at night, some burgers and stuff
Sat:
Keep clean during day (no carbs) and the drink at night during UFC fight and probably eat some sh!t.
Sun:

going to mexico brah! so i'll be drinking a lot.
but im not going to cheat on my diet (besides the drinking, still captain and coke = zero carbs ) until the last day. which i will fuking go eat everything at ihop.
i skipped my carbload day last sunday to stay lean for the trip. i never knew it would be this hard.

I'm running DNP this week/end and so I'm not eating much at all lol -- the heat is too intense, I will eat whatever food choices are low in carbs (not KETO) but whatever I'd like.

Why a cheat weekend? Fourth of July = BBQ's! Probably one of the easiest holidays to be on Keto...I think im just going to do a Keto Refeed on Friday, the 4th, and do the keto the rest of the weekend too
Goal: Get a 6 Pack or Die Trying ... And thats not really all that out of the range of possibilities!

I'm actually gonna be up there around that time too. I'll have to head up to ABay, Pirates week is always a blast!
That's cool, Seneca lake is really nice, very pretty. My grandparents live right on Owasco lake in Auburn. The finger lakes are really cool for watersports.
Have fun at the Glen! That's gonna be a blast.

Back on subject, I'm wondering - I haven't really been eating a lot, probably overexerting myself, and haven't carbed-up due to the pyschological trauma sure to be inflicted the next day when I'm like 8 pounds heavier (yes, I gain that much water weight). I'm wondering if I should just say *f* it and go for it. Progress so far is 12 pounds lost in 1.5 months, so I'm back down to 113, which is where I want to be.
Granted, if I were to do this, it would start right now, with the peanut butter cookies in the kitchen.
Please advise.

you *haven't* carbed up and you're still hitting the weights? that's amazing to me after 1.5 months, i can't go more than ~3 weeks without at least a small carbup. but tbh, when i carb up i gain around 9 lbs and in 4-5 days i lose it all plus a little more. so once you do carbup try not to weigh yourself for a few days, if you're like me though you'll weigh yourself every few hours and cringe every time
cliff notes, go ahead and carbup, you'll drop everything you put on in water ASAP. just make sure to do your cardio when you're done carbing and get back into ketosis!
and great progress so far btw, keep it up!IIFYM. That's it.

Do it. I did, first carbup, been on keto for 4 weeks now. Here's what I ended up cheating on:
hotdog and cheeseburger (with buns)
2 pieces kielbasa (not a cheat but still tastes f'in awesome =D)
1/2 cup potato salad
1/4 cup red peppers
8 of my mom's homemade chocolate chip cookies (amazing)
small piece of strawberry rhubarb pie with cool whip and 1 1/2 scoops chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream...
And that's only dinner with the family for the cookout =D Of course, I feel really bloated and sick to my stomach but man was it worth it... And still looking forward to that P'zone tonight/tomorrow...
What did everyone else end up cheating with?

i'm not sure if i'd say i cheated, but i ate, at our cookout:
cheeseburger (no bun duh)
2 brats (no bread)
spinach dip -- my moms, one of my favorite foods ever
coleslaw
not really alot of carbs in it but i decided to carbup another time since my workouts are not too painful yet lolIIFYM. That's it.
