Animal Flex = Best Joint Support period!
I know there have probably been tons upon tons of threads already about Animal Flex, but I'd like to add myself to those ranks. I am now a firm believer in the power of this product.
I have been suffering from severe pain in my joints on my right side, from my shoulder, to my hip, you name it, it hurt. Now, my shoulder got better on its own, but the lower body has been causing me tons of trouble, it didn't stop me from lifting, but sometimes it had me worried and close to wanting to stop early because of the pain.
Well, I read into the reviews of Animal Flex and was skeptical at first, but then I thought to myself, for that price and that amount of servings even if it ended up being crap I wouldnt be out of much cash.
To my surprise, after using it for not even a full month, the pain is almost completely gone. Yeah, I know that sounds like some Evangelist Miracle BS, but trust me, I have been walking MUCH more comfortably. I have been squatting without even a flinch, and all of my other lower body lifts are going without excessive amounts of pain. Yeah, it still hurts a little here and there, but NOTHING at all like it was, and it seems to get better every day that I use Animal Flex.
I plan on adding this supplement to my list of "must haves".
Thank you Universal!

Nice. I have really bad joints, especially my knees. I've tried multiple supplements for them and Animal Flex is hands down the best. Glad it's helped you out.

would glucosamine w/ msm and fish/flax oil be a decent alternative?

Yea I love animal flex...however I am going to get Orange Triad after Im done with Animal Pak. If it doesnt have the same effect as Pak + Flex has, ill most likely go back to that combo.
I have a feeling, since flex is more specialized for joints etc; it will be more effective.

honestly.... Once you bought all that you could get animal flex for maybe like 10 dollars more.
Its only 22 bucks for a tin of it and it lasts a month and a half if you take it every day. After my first tin and the pain in my knees subsided i just take it every other day so i buy one tin every 2.5- 3 months.

See, I've tried that combination, and it definitely didn't help me even remotely as much as Animal Flex has. Hell, I used to get pains in my wrists when doing bar curls, and my triceps hated me in the past for doing heavy pushdowns, but now it's insane how that pain just isn't there anymore.

Its true. After about 3 weeks or so of starting taking this stuff, the pain in my knees that had basically haulted any and all leg workouts for over a year was gone. And the tenderness i had in my elbows after tricep workouts has been gone as well.

yeah, i'm working out the costs and it looks like Animal Flex is just a little bit more expensive.
plus it seems to be more convenient to just take the paks.
Animal Omega and Flex would be a good combo. ****, imagine if you combined MStak, Stak, Pak, Omega, and Flex
