From 3000-5000, depending on your daily caloric needs. If you have an easy job, and pretty much all of your physical activity comes from lifting, then on the lower end. On the other hand, if you are someone who is doing manual labor, lifting intensely, and are also training hard for something like a sport, you might need to get up to the higher end.
In other words, its all about you.wut?

the caloric intake you need is completely dependent on your own bodies needs... some of these suggestions could be completely off. Count your calories and keep them steady for a week, if you gain any weight you are on the right track, if you don't then slowly increase caloric intake and continue to monitor weight in the morning after you go to the bathroom before you eat. Also if you are gaining too fast, you might want to lower your intake accordingly.
