He was all over the synthol, esciline and he even said he could not believe how naturals could train without using juice.

True IMO....I have seen guys use synthol that you would never notice. Synthol abuse is obvious...correct usage is not. It's more common than you think...

I feel like both Marcus Ruhl is obvious and Silvio Samuel could also go on that list.

I don't believe Kai has used it on his biceps. his biceps have never looked that pretty to begin with. They just look more filled out now but are still separated.

The only thing I think is consistently noticable when pump + pose is used correctly, is a loss of the "grainy" look. It's not a miracle....it's used for fullness not for added size. Some people don't seem to get that.

I dont know. Shape looks the same but he's just not as conditioned...or maybe he hasnt fully hit the pose to bring out the striations. Notice how his arm isnt fully extended in the second pic.

You are unaware...It just another tool in the arsenal of IFBB BBers....It is very very commonly used. Most of these guys have done horrible things to their bodies already...almost nothing is off limits for most of them. There are worse substances being used in the IFBB than synthol...and they are generally abused to a greater degree. Pump and Pose will dissipate...GH gut, liver failure, cardiovascular damage and serious sides from the abuse of androgens do not.

The thing with Markus Ruhl is that he lives in Europe. So does Derek have Synthol connections all over the globe to know that Ruhl certainly uses synthol? I mean his physique does look like he may use it but I have a hard time believing that Derek knows for sure.

Milos Sarcev nearly died from injecting Synthol when he accidentally hit a vein in his triceps. I think I remember the IFBB Pro Undercover saying that Sarcev and Nasser el-Sonbaty had to have surgery to get the Synthol drained out of their shoulders and triceps. You can find that part if you look.

Well theres synthol use and abuse.. Use is using it to stretch the muscle fascia when its bascially at its max. Abuse is using it to grow obnoxiously, eventually making one look like a sack of ****.
